For the last time, let's bring in our jury...
Kenny... *Kenny looks at the final two, then wavedashes to the jury bench*
Chelsea... *Chelsea flips her hair and smiles seductively*
Penner... *Penner grunts and looks extremely angrily at the final two*
Brenda... *Brenda rocks back and forth, paying no attention to anything else*
Shawna... *Shawna nods at the final two with a look of uncertainty*
Jen... *Jen growls loudly in disgust*
and Courtney... *Courtney looks the most stoic of everyone*
The rules!
1. The final two will make opening statements in their own topics. They have 24 hours from now to do that. Jurors may NOT reply to a finalist's opening statement - that's to be done in questioning!
2. After opening statements have concluded, each juror may create a topic and ask questions to the final two. You are free to make any statement of any length you want as long as it follows these rules.
3. We ask that, out of respect for the finalists, each juror only asks each finalist up to 5 questions. You may NOT ask any sort of comparison question or ask the finalists to "assign" something to a player. You may ask them about others' strategy or gameplay, but only directly. We don't want questions that the show would never allow - get to the meat and ask about gameplay, and don't waste the finalists' time by asking for things unrelated to the game. You MAY, however, put the final two through a sort of challenge as long as it in some way relates to Survivor (including this game).
4. The rules still apply. If you violate the respect rule or ask the finalists to, you'll get hit by a banhammer. Everyone, including the finalists, is free to cause drama and make things personal as long as it stays IN THE GAME and doesn't delve into direct personal attacks. There's a line you can't cross, otherwise Lividmanda is going to blast you. I'm sure you all know what that line is.
5. If a juror does not address a finalist in any way or tells one to STFU, then that finalist may not reply to that juror. Jury members may also not directly address (ask questions or criticize) a finalist in another juror's thread, but may comment. Keep criticisms and questions for your own thread, please!
6. No deals or bribes or anything. That's all over.
JURY: Remember, you are voting FOR a winner here! Please do so in your voting history topic, and please use the parchment:
Make it look pretty! You don't have to hand-draw them like Brett would, but I want to see something nice that took effort - something more than just a name in a basic font.
Timeline:
Final two have 24 hours to post opening statements
Jurors have until tentatively Saturday to ask questions
Final two responses are due Sunday at 8 PM
Finale will likely be Monday since the actual Survivor finale is Sunday
Which means votes are due at 10 PM Eastern Monday, with the finale at midnight
THIS MAY change depending on how quick it all happens. I will keep you posted
If you have any questions, let me know! For now... good luck to our final two, and may the best man win!
