Well, as much as this round sucked (staying up until 4 AM just to lose the challenge) it wasn't really that bad at all. I'll explain.
First of all, I get my second shard!! (So does Anthony, bu that's besides the point.) I have no idea how many shards make up an idol, it could be some ridiculous number, but I think that it's just me and Anthony that have any so far. Unless there are shard at DV.
Don't get me wrong, it would have been nice to win the challenge, but I should have known we had no chance with Anthony being on the other team. I think he showers with his computer, seriously, that guy is online more than anyone I've ever met. And then Angie comes out of nowhere, maybe we should have voted her out when we had the chance. Kenny is a sneaky little bastard too, nobody could get past him either. So in a challenge that basically required being online 24/7, it was their challenge to lose and there was nothing more that I could do about it. God knows I gave it 110%, but when I had to work all day Monday I had no control over what went down.
So now we are at Tribal Council. Originally I had discussed voting Alicia out with Chelsea and Jen considering her lack of performance not just in this challenge but throughout the game. But then a bunch of other names kept popping up. In fact, the only names I didn't hear were mine, Courtney's and Jen's. But then I started talking with Courtney and Jen and apparently Richard told Courtney she was a target too. For a vote that I thought would be pretty easy, it isn't proving to be with the amount of names that are coming up!
Basically, here are the reasons for voting everyone out:

Basically, here are the reasons for voting everyone out:
Ace: No reason for voting him out, he is hands down the best player on the yellow team and without him they wouldn't have any jewels.
Alicia: Has a lot on her place in real life, which prohibits her from being glued to her computer like some people on the red team. But at least she tries...
Brianna: Wants to keep weak links around, which is strange, considering we might stay in tribes for a bit and it's still pretty early on in the game. Every time I've talked to her she just seems a little... I don't know how to describe it. I just get a weird vibe from her and because I hadn't talked to her pretty much at all this round I kinda want her out. But I don't know if the votes would be there for that.
Chelsea: Although Chelsea was barely a help in this challenge, I know she had school and she has been very active all game. I don't think just because she had a bad round she should be voted out.
Courtney: Once again, no reason to vote her out. She was my partner in crime this challenge.
Jen: Jen did her best at the challenge, and we always talk about the vote, so I'd be crazy to vote her out.
Richard: I like Richard, quite a bit actually, but a lot of people are concerned about his lack of communication, performance, and dedication. If the majority ends up voting for him, I'll have no choice but to go along.
So it looks like my options are Alicia, Richard, and Brianna. Let's take a look at my group chat with Jen and Courtney from this morning.

So as you can see, Courtney is skeptical but I think we convinced her to vote Brianna instead. She is just really shady with her wanting to take stronger players out. And I thought her and Chelsea were close, so it boggles my mind that Brianna mentioned Chelsea's name. Honestly, if I could have had it my way last night, I would have wanted Brianna gone just for lack of communcation and lack of challenge performance. But I was mainly talking with Chelsea about the vote and I knew she wouldn't go for it so I figured why bother trying to get the votes for her when we have Alicia and Richard, two less dedicated people that we could easily pick off? So in the end it looks like I'm getting what I want and I didn't really have to pus for it. That's pretty amazing!

Anyway, that's the plan for now and I don't think it'll change. We have 5/7 votes and I'll probably tell Chelsea a little later only because I'm not sure how she'll react. But if it's majority, which it is, I can't see her not going along with it. Personally this is a good move for me because the way it was looking it was either going to be Richard or Brianna, and I just don't trust Brianna. Richard is someone I can see myself working with in this game, I'm only worried because Courtney was questioning why I wanted him to stick around. They might think I have an alliance with him, which I don't, so I'll need to be careful about that. But even though we lost, this round is gonna turn out pretty good for Ace I think
