Episode #4: A tribe, a plan

I'm telling you, a tribe! There's gonna be tribes, I know it! My lord please let there be tribes <3 I can feel that tribes are coming, I mean, this challenge sounds like stealing the jewels. It's usually done with tribes, so hopefully this time there will be tribes as well. I've seen it in previous games in this series and it's such a fun challenge, so I cannot wait. I can see my time zone being quite good for this. If I wake up early I can be on for my tribe for a long time, I just can't be there at the start.

A tribe will also allow me to plan and strategize a bit more. I remember saying in my application that I would always go with a plan and have a plan B myself. A plan B that only I will know. So far, I haven't done much planning at all. I'm not planning on being a villain at all so it's first of all hard to really have a nice plan for the game and second it's just impossible to make a decent plan when there are no tribes. There's just no bond with a tribe like you usually create. Together you put effort in a challenge, you all endure the same, you talk, you strategize, that creates a tight bond between people. Even though I have bonded with quite some people, the bond is not comparable to one you have with people when on a tribe. Hopefully that will change once we get tribes, and hopefully I'll be on a tribe with people I bonded with already.

I'm thinking ahead now, but I said I would and in fact I should. There's been talks about getting rid of me. Brianna and several others have discussed that, but Brianna was really pushing and seeing if people were fine with getting me out. Now, I'm not gonna start anything against Brianna because I'll just roll with whatever is the plan. I don't want to 'pull a Michael' and take control of what people should do and vote. When looking at the future though, I can see people targeting me, because of A. my strength in individual challenges so far and B. me having been to Deception three times in a row. The latter doesn't say much at all since I only have one item left. Gave one to Penner during my second visit because I trust him and want him to fully trust me. Gave one to YauSmurf because he had done so much work to keep the target off my back and he's done so much for me in this game. He really deserved it. I kind of regret not giving him the double nullifier that I gave to Penner, but it's too late to have regrets about that and at that time I talked more to Penner than to YauSmurf. People also don't know that I gave it to Penner, and when people asked I told them that I kept the item myself. That's me, keeping the target on myself. Anyway, thing is, I gotta watch my back and have people who'll watch my back. I'd say they are YauSmurf-Jen-Penner-Shawna-Kenny and to a lesser extent maybe Alicia-Angie.

My bond with Angie faded quickly, we haven't talked in days really. I don't know what to think. We formed this alliance, but then nothing really happened. She ran to Michael with the information on the vote and I mean I had not told her she shouldn't tell him but still you know it hurt my game. Any bond between Angie and myself will only hurt me in the short run. In the long run I may be able to actually do something for her and I hope she'll be OK with helping me in return. I think I've been better for her than some others who've just flat out lied, but I simply can't change people's opinion about her contribution to this game so far right?

So for the future, I think plan A is really sticking with Jen and YauSmurf. Them, I'm closest to. Then there's others like Kenny and Shawna whom I really like and who I think will have my back. Shawna doesn't seem too close to Yau and Jen, but then I don't expect her to have too many things going on. Penner, I'd say, is more a plan B person. He seems to either be a little on the outs, or involved with another group already (in which case he's doing a great job in hiding that). He's giving me the feeling that there could be a little more to his game though, and while it worries me I'm just gonna have blind faith in him as being paranoid can't be efficient. I could either end up going with Jen and Yau all the way and using Penner as a side alliance, or I could end up having Penner as my main ally and doing some 'conquer and divide' strategy and let people think the two of us barely have ties while in fact we control things. There's also a chance that Penner will just be part of my Plan A, but it's a bit unclear now where he stands in relation to Yau and Jen. Angie and Alicia are plan B people as well. They're on the outs and when needed I think I'm close enough to them to get them to save me when necessary (at least I'd hope so).

Then we have Brianna-Ace-Brenda-Chelsea 'on the other side', I guess. I can see that being an alliance that I'm not part of, but then, I may be completely wrong. I'm just more careful with those four.

So these are all just thoughts about who I can see myself working with in the future, stuff like that. Of course, this tribe division (I know it's coming!!) is going to change things rigorously. New alliances may be formed, I could be on the outs in a heartbeat. It's gonna be a struggle for sure. I hope there's someone with a plan. A plan in which I will have a role, and then I'll just roll with it and help them as much as I can.

Oh oh, still no tribes... hmmm... HOWEVER, I do like my team a lot. We have YauSmurf, Kenny, Penner, Shawna, Angie, that's like all people who I'm more-or-less close to I believe. Even if two of them are dishonest with me, three will remain on my side. Brenda and Angie seem to be the two on the outs if we go to Tribal.

So now in the challenge I gotta do my best. Not gonna hold back......

Now let me get out of character for this clown, because seriously what is HE thinking. This is the host of Survivor Virgin Island this. I DID play in a BB game with him before, just not with this AIM (I created this one a month ago so it's impossible, that BB game is from like 8 months ago and it sucked balls). He was such a moron, had a pre-game alliance with his co-host (her AIM is VERY similar to Chelsea's AIM), and did some real dirt to me. So this is either Ace or Richard. I expect it to be Ace, in which case he is totally fake. I will get around, there's a snake in this game and whoever this bbLIBRAbb account owns, I know him and dislike him.

LOL IKR. I've been thinking about this, but really this must be someone from the yellow team. I have never used this AIM before, except in a game that died on day one and that was Survivor, not Big Brother. I'm playing alias so it'd be hard to link me with whom I've played in the past (I'd hope so at least). The one game I did play with that fool I used a SN that I've abandoned a long time ago so it's even harder to link that one to me. I bet it's sheer coincidence that me and that bbLibrabb were in the same game, and I bet that guy didn't expect me to know him and was just planning on acting stupid and checking if I were on. I'd love to figure out who it is though since he was extremely untrustworthy plus I'm scared that he has the same pre-game alliance with his co-host (figured they were co-hosts when that bb-game ended, which is why I know he's the host of Virgin Islands).

Oh and so much for not coming off as a threat, I'm sure people will hate me for catching them but it is what it is LOL.

For the record: I am legitimately as confused as you are. I don't believe I know the answer to this. Though would someone really make two AIM names that were so similar?

Does this strange turn of events change who you could go after? What all do you know about this Virgin Islands guy?

Actually this bbLIBRAbb is not a SN similar to another, it's the exact same AIM this person used in that Big Brother game (this ... warning: it's bad). So it's probably just an old alias one of the people in this game used for that game, and they went "undercover" with this and sent me an offline IM to check if I were on. That's the only possibility that comes to my mind, but idk maybe something really weird happened.

Chelsea's AIM is kinda similar to his co-host's AIM (with this s0uthernbell), but I may be wayyy off with this and I'm not going to base anything on this.

I am weary of this bbLIBRAbb though. I know near-to-nothing about him, except that he stabbed me in the back and had this pre-game alliance with his co-host. I didn't play in his game, so I can't really judge that. I just had a pretty bad experience with him in that one BB game and find his way of checking if I am online completely ridiculous.

If this is Ace then it certainly won't change much, as I was already very weary of him (see bootlist ). I'm a little scared of him actually, he's good at challenges and he probably wants me out. I've already been spreading rumours about Ace being in an alliance with Brianna, so hopefully people are starting to see him as a bit of a threat.

If it's not Ace, then based on who were on at that time it's probably Rich (which I find unlikely since he doesn't come across as fake) or in the worst case Jen but that would be really shocking.

I don't want this to influence the game/my game, but I'm just aware now that there is a bit of a snake in the game

Hmm if we lose... then, I think I may be in a little bit of trouble myself because I think this challenge again showed that I must be voted out ASAP. Not to sound cocky, but no one is really doing anything and I really want to win, so I get to do all these runs while Kenny is defending, which makes me look like the threat... Then YauSmurf, I don't know where he is these days.

Anyway, I feel like I'm in the good team with a lot of people who may want to keep me in the game. The other team is full of people who I consider on the opposite site. So that's a plus for me, and maybe I wouldn't be in trouble at all. So who could be in trouble? I think it is between Shawna, Angie, and Brenda. I personally would prefer Brenda to go as out of these three I connect better with the other two. However, the others may shoot for someone else. Angie did a good job so far, so maybe people will want to keep her safe. I talked to her today for the first time in a week, we didn't talk any strategy though so I don't know how she feels about the two of us. Shawna isn't really pulling her weight so that may put her in a bad position. Then Brenda, idk her position in the game and in the team, so I don't know what will happen.

One thing is for sure, I will not bring up a name Someone else can do that.

Of course, Brianna is even more after me now. Jen was telling me. I'm like, well, I'm not gonna lose a challenge on purpose in order to avoid Deception and let Ace-Brianna-Chelsea get all the good stuff, right? I'm mean, worse than losing a challenge and maybe Brenda or Angie would be all of these people getting prizes. So I'm happy that I did so much effort in the challenge.

It concerns me, but I think we should be able to keep me safe. With Penner and his double nullifier (people don't know he has it), some other prizes, some new prizes of this round. Yeah, we will hopefully be fine. It's just something to worry about.

I'm also like, why don't you get Brianna out on the other side. People are getting too powerful. I think Alicia will go, which is just not good for my game at all. Richard can go, Alicia not. On the other hand, Jen-Alicia-Richard-Courtney should team up and vote Ace or Brianna out. That's how I ideally see it. I tried to see whether Jen would be up for that but doesn't really look like it. Alright, well, I tried, and I'll enjoy my time in the game for as long as I can.

Aside from all of this, I got myself a new person that I really like and that I feel I can trust: Courtney. I hope she believes me on my word when I said I wasn't after her, because that really is the full truth. I just love that she came up to me and I think it shows that she is good. Now I hope that Brianna really goes, because I'm really worried that it's Jen or Courtney who goes this round.

What does come to my mind now is my conversation with Penner. Him and Rich talk. I don't think I've talked about Courtney to him though. He wanted Alicia gone over Colton if I remember correctly. I'll check my logs on my other computer.

Good good, so Brianna is gone. That's really good for me as she was after me. I heard a couple of interesting things from Jen. Chelsea gave her triple vote to Brianna, so she may be after me now. Brianna and Alicia had a big fight. Chelsea and Alicia don't get along either. That's really interesting. I just have to process all these things, and I'll wait and see what next round brings to see what will be the situation with the tribes. So far things are looking alright. I'm most worried about Penner right now as he may be close to Richard-Ace and I can't have that. I expect him to give me his prize from Deception and I'm planning to give mine either to Courtney, YauSmurf, or Angie (if she returns something to me).

So that was Episode #4, it was a pretty good one for me. I'm still not really sure what I'm gonna do, who I'm gonna work with, and where I stand in this game, but I'd like to think that I've made quite some connections with people and that by now I know who's good and who's not.

I had a quick chat with Penner today. Fortunately he gave me his DV prize. If he had not done that, then I would have been mad. Fortunately he did, but to my surprise he seemed really not happy with me giving my prize to YauSmurf. He was like, I was hoping we could keep them between the two of us. Well, first of all, he may be close to Richard, my number one target right now. Second, I did not have a chance to talk to him before giving my item away so I didn't even know if he was going to give me his item. Third, I gave him a HUGE prize, which is this nullifier, and lied to my closest allies about it so I didn't owe him anything. I know that I can trust him now, since he gave me his double vote, but you know, I wasn't able to give him mine this round.

Penner also said that he doesn't really trust YauSmurf, that he wouldn't give him his prize. Well, that makes sense, from his point of view. Not from mine, because I trust YauSmurf a 100%. I would put my life in this game in his hands and I'm sure he will never hurt me. I didn't tell that to Penner, but it is the truth. After I gave Penner this double nullifier in round 2, it became obvious to me that YauSmurf and Jen are the two who are giving their all to make sure I was safe. They are telling me everything, and they are my number ones now. It sucks that Penner can't be part of that, but he just isn't really in with the two of them probably because they have different schedules. I will keep my 'secret alliance' with Penner intact, but I will never do bad to YauSmurf and he deserved that double vote from me so it is what it is.

Maybe Penner will be wary of me now, but then so be it. He's hiding things from me and I'm not hiding things from him, so he shouldn't complain and he knows it

In addition to this, Shawna gave her item to Jen, so she's good too. Courtney is good. Alicia, I don't know. She doesn't talk to me, and I think it's because Richard may have told her that I'm after her just like he did with Courtney. I should probably ask Alicia, but I don't want to look stupid. Angie, I don't know. I'm scared that people told her rumors about me wanting her gone, which is not true. Kenny, I don't know as he is hard to read. So yeah, this is where I stand... it's a little vague, but then, what do I know

Oh and this weekend is gonna be tough for me. I'll be away a lot. I'll be away during the voting period (will be online on phone so I will be able to PM and vote). The challenge on Monday is live, 9PM, I won't be able to make that (it's my 3AM and I have to work on Tuesday). So yeah these next rounds my real life may cause a little bit of a complication.
