Okay, FINALLY.
Again, I apologize for the delay. This was a pain in the ass to tally, and I can safely say that if I ever do anything like this again, it will undergo MAJOR reform.
I also would like to apologize for the confusion about the times for the challenge. Since we were late posting it and never clarified whether or not the 9:00-9:06 time counted as a separate hour... ugh.
The challenge ended at 8:06, but that was NOT a separate hour - technically, the hours were supposed to be :06 to :05 of the next hour, thanks to someone's major fuck-up. This was the WORST challenge to post at the wrong time, and I've decided I am never doing this challenge again. I will also be posting every challenge from here on out.
So only Penner's cuts between 9:00 and 9:06 count, since he hadn't cut any in that hour. To make my life easier due to how fucked-up this tallying is, I'm just going to count that in the 8:00 hour.
Sorry, I'm obviously pretty livid right now. Nothing more could have gone wrong with this, and I again apologize for EVERY inconvenience this thing has caused.

There were plenty of ropes that did not count. Jen's final set of cuts after 9:00 were not counted as she had not counted properly. Yau-Man and Kenny's would have counted, but they would not have affected Kenny's win. I only think it is fair to let Chelsea go to Deception due to this confusion - that is the only thing it would affect (as she tied with Jen for third place).
Again, sorry for every inconvenience caused by this hot mess. Especially the wrong-time postings, lack of clarifications, excruciating tallying period, and... yeah.
If you want to yell at me, go ahead. I'm trying my hardest to be fair and I admit we did not do a few things by the book and it turned out to be a disaster.
