Episode #8: A troll gone

Episode 8, Final 8! Yay, I really came this far. Hopefully I'm gonna get a little further. Now with two more people gone, no idols and prizes wasted, it's gonna be a little crazier. Items are gonna be more powerful, and playing the idol at the right time will be crucial in order to get to the end. That needs timing, some good timing. With this group of people, honestly, that's a tough one.

So just reflecting on the last round. I'm sad that Richard is gone. I really really liked the guy and it's just stupid of him to not leave a bootlist. I wish I had told him to put Angie at #1, but I was too hesitant when he asked me and tried to protect Angie. Should have never done that. It's his own call not to leave a bootlist though, and he KNEW that he was going to be away, he KNEW that he had a self-vote already. Okay, that's just not smart. I loved the guy though. Totally had the wrong view of him when Courtney told me that stuff, then we talked and he's just a really nice and funny guy. Sad to see him go.

Angie on the other hand, I'm excited that she's gone. Such a relief. She's just a terrible troll and the second person ever in ORGs that I'd say I have a problem with. It's hard for me to really have a problem with someone, so that list is really short, and she earned her spot fair and square. I think it's pretty hilarious that she pegged me as a genuine person. I mean, on one hand I feel like, okay, I do try my best at being nice and I think people think of me like that in general so that's good. On the other hand, hearing that out of her mouth is a little awkward as I wasn't genuine to her at all. I just didn't tell her what I thought of her because of how it would screw up my game. That's a little selfish, but come on I cannot let a troll ruin my game, can I? I wonder what other people will think of what she just said there. I mean, she grouped me with Jen and YauMan which is not really good. In addition, she said I'm genuine, whereas everyone knows I was gunning for her. Now people may start to think that I was playing them and that I wasn't gunning for Angie. If people come to me and ask me about it, I will refer them to what Amanda said in the chatlog with Angie: "[21:37] zZAndymaNZz: You don't even know who complained about you" => bahaha that was me I blocked her on AIM, and never wish to talk to her again. I'm not a mean person who would ever do this to someone, but for Angie I gladly made an exception.

Back to the GAME! Please!

So... Jen and Penner have talked. Jen made it seem to Penner that she wants me and YauMan gone. I'm really really curious what's gonna come out of this. Will Penner talk to me and warn me? Will he keep it quiet from me because he knows that Jen was just making that up? It's gonna be interesting! I fear though, that Penner and Courtney will be gunning for Jen over Shawna... and that's not good. Shawna for sure isn't with me, while Jen definitely is. Penner is getting more and more dangerous, so this is a good test to see if he is going to be honest to me. For all I know, I have been dishonest to him. It hurts, but I just didn't like the fact that he ran to Courtney with what Jen told him. I gotta protect Jen in this case. So I ran with everything that Penner and Courtney said to Jen and YauMan. It's kind of cool... people tell me stuff, I run to Jen and Yau. People tell YauMan stuff, YauMan runs to us. That way we will keep track of what's happening and we can figure stuff out like we did with Shawna who was running behind Jen's back. It's a little mean and villainous, but having secrets for each other is not good.

When I talk to Penner, I will probably be like... I've made bonds with people, and whenever I'm not immune I guess we will see how genuine people were with me. Gonna go that road, and see what he says. That's my short term plan for now.

I didn't even block Angie! I'm just being the bigger person. She called me the worst host ever. I don't even take offense to that because she has successfully dethroned Barbie as the worst player in the series to actually get somewhere. All Angie did was, well... make a huge amount of enemies and zero friends. Nobody is going to want her in their game because all she does is complain when the host isn't an automaton.

Well, if I'd unblock her, she would bother me. I'd have to tell the truth and maybe I'm just too pansy for that, I don't know I guess I don't really want to hear her negativity anymore. I'll just let it for what it is and continue with the game.

I prefer not to play my idol. Either it's necessary that I play it, but then it will be necessary next week as well. Or it's a waste and then I look bad and will need it next week for sure. I'd like to think that YauMan, Jen, Courtney, and Penner are not going to write my name on their parchment. That should be enough. In Courtney's case I don't know for sure, but she definitely wants Jen out over me so that's good for me, in a way.

Hmm no I don't really want to use my idol on someone else. In the end this is an individual game, and I honestly think I'd have a better chance at getting further without Jen than with her. I'm gonna do what I can to save her, but will keep the idol for myself. There's prizes too that may be used. I'd use an item to put her in a better position, but I wouldn't use my idol on someone else.

Just wanted to copy this in here. This is kinda interesting stuff. Now that I read it again, I see some more bonding between the two which is good. Wow at Penner being SO direct by the way. Hi, what's your plan for the end game and am I part of it? LOL.

Ok, so Penner confronted me with what my game plans are, and I know he will just copy and paste what I say to Brenda, so I told him what I think he wanted to hear. I wonder if he will warn you or Yau about me LOL. Hopefully though this will get me back into the loop with him, and keep the vote on Shawna too .


With the auction, I know I can't make it on at 9:30 when it ends, and I am sure you can't, but Yau will be there. So he can help us bid up to 500, and he will need to steal an item ( or maybe more!) at 9:30pm. Since I helped Brenda get her item, Yau won't need to worry about Brenda being competition at 9:30 to steal items, The others are less likely to be on.

Yay, I am good at pissing people off! Both Courtney (for stealing her prize) and Penner in one night. Penner started complaining to me in PM, so I gave him some Anthony Realness. He is getting the worst out of me and frankly I don't give a damn anymore about our relationship in this game. I just don't think I deserved to be treated like he treated me, even though I've been a little dishonest with him about my ties with some people (but at least mentioned I was close and had his back). I mean, I gave him prizes and shit, I lied to other people for him, so really... now he will get some Anthony Realness thrown at him.

The quotes are from Penner, the other stuff is my two PMs to him. The first was last night, the second was a few seconds ago.

Well Jon, let's sort this out then.

First of all, I really like you, and I like YauMan too. You know that. He's probably the second closest person to me in the game. If you, and everyone else in this game want him gone, then I'll support that even though it wouldn't be how I'd personally want to go. I don't like this "I hope this isn't showing me which side you're taking" because I don't see 'sides' and I don't wanna know about sides. Obviously YauMan is just completely isolated, but regardless of that I consider him a friend in this game.

When I saw you taking prizes from me while you told me to make sure YauMan wouldn't get prizes, I was like, what?? I guess I should apologize for being paranoid about that, but it did seem very odd to me. Plus I wasn't simply going to treat YauMan like that because you asked me. Probably should have said that when we talked, but things were very hectic here and I was just really confused about what you said about YauMan. So yeah I took prizes from you when I saw you taking them from me, I didn't know your motives, I couldn't get on AIM, did everything from my phone while in bed.

At the end of the day though, I left you with your two prizes, while you stole my last one right before the deadline while YauMan still had three. In addition, I made Courtney pissed at me for stealing hers (or attempting to do so since I'm not sure if it was even valid). And Finally, I woke up for this challenge at 1AM in the night (mainly because I just couldn't sleep), kept myself awake until 2.30 even though I had to get up for work at 6, and now I probably got nothing because you took that thing from me.

Sorry but I just really don't like this and hope we can sort this out.

Well, YauMan and I had to take a shot at this. Shawna. We both agreed that we needed her for our game, and that she would need us. So we reassured her for Final 3/Final 4. If she's really sticking with us, then this is going to be good for us. I'm still a bit wary, but I had a good talk with YauMan today and it basically came down to the two of us being in huge trouble. Jen's been acting kind of shady, everyone is after us... so yeah... it's gotta be Jen/YauMan/Shawna/me Final 4. That's what we're shooting for. We both agreed to not hold back anymore. We won't lie or do shady if not necessary, we'll just go for it, take big risks, and try to regain control. Yay for YauSmurf and Cute Chocolate ;D

LOL all Penner said was "I took that thing long before the deadline". That's telling, and kind of sad, but I'll deal with it. I was worth keeping as an ally when he had no time for the game. Now that he's sorta back he's throwing me and our personal relationship out of the window. It is whatever, I'm done with him, not worth my time.

Alright, so that immunity should be in my pocket now That's good, but doesn't really take away the stress of the vote. I care about YauMan and want him to be safe at all cost. Other people are just so...... idk... just not as trustworthy and real as YauMan, and I'm actually considering using my idol to save him. There's other options too though. I don't want to waste an idol on someone else when they're not even targeted. Items? Yeah maybe I'll use them. I think this is the right moment to use them.

My target this week? Probably Penner, probably Penner... it's rough, but you know, I just don't like how he treats me, at all. He can plan and scheme what he wants, but he can't expect me to be all on board with that when he knows that I care about YauMan. He was kind of rude too for what he said about YauMan as a person (I cut that part out of the conversation). I didn't like that and figured he's just not a good person at heart. Now he's very unfriendly and obviously doesn't need me anymore for his game, so if he can throw me out of the window, I can throw him out just as quick. If he doesn't mend fences, I'm going after him. All it takes for him is to just get it all sorted out, but he doesn't seem interested.

This round is a mystery for me. There's only one person left that I fully trust, and that person, YauMan, seems to be kind of busy / MIA, I don't know what to think. People just seem very suspicious, and I bet this round is going to be messy.

So far I've only talked to Jen. I don't really trust her. She says she hasn't talked to anyone about the vote. She says she's wary of Shawna (OK I get that). She's thinking of going for Brenda or Chelsea, I think. I'm just not really sure... what she's up to.

So now we hope that Shawna is going to be on board with us. Plus... I don't know what's really going to happen with all the prizes and all the people that are after YauMan. My guess is that everyone is going to vote YauMan while telling me the vote is Shawna. That's a guess though, it's based on nothing basically.

And well, since Penner is immune, I'm definitely gunning for Chelsea now. We just don't have a bond, like, at all. When we talk, it's me keeping the conversation going by showing some interest in her and her game. She never asks anything in return though, so the conversations just quickly die (whenever we actually have a conversation as we never see each other on). Plus she's really quiet on the boards, only does challenges, but never really talks or congratulates people. I'm not a big fan of that. She also seems close to Penner now. She didn't stop him from taking Brenda's immunity, that's really telling. She tried to steal mine, and then I stopped her before letting her waste 3 hours and then stopping her. She was frustrated, but oh well letting her go up to 3 hours would be really cruel so she shouldn't complain. Yeah, I definitely want this girl gone.

I already made my parchment, but I'm not sure if this is going to be a final vote since people may talk and scheme and whatnot.



As far as Penner goes, I feel like he's ignoring and avoiding me. I'm done with him. If he starts talking to me about the vote, which I don't really expect but it's possible, then I will give him some more Anthony Realness. I will say like, look, we're both immune, there's more important things to talk about. I'll refuse to start the conversation with vote talk, we must first sort out the other things. I don't think he'll talk to me though, and I won't talk to him.

Brenda's been avoiding me ever since Angie was removed, so I don't expect much from her either. I pissed Courtney off by stealing her prize (which fortunately was useless... and I'm genuinely happy with that since I felt like a jerk stealing that from her). So oh well I don't know what to expect from her. When I talk to her, I'll probably mention people being against YauMan all of a sudden. I know she trusted Brenda and YauMan the most, so I'm wondering what happened to that. I know she'll give me realness, so I think I'd be better off talking to her than to the other people in this game (besides YauMan).

Yeah definitely considering that. I first want to know more about what's going on though. It's so vague now, but yeah I'm willing to use items to save the people who I consider closest. I think that, if my items can save them, that will be good for me in the long term.

I only have a vote changer and a double nullifier though, so it's not much and some people may assume that I have a whole army of items. I wouldn't mind using one or both this round though.

It would be good if someone who has a lot of items can be blindsided. That's why I'd never want to vote Courtney (or Shawna) this round. I don't think they have many items at all.
